Fetchpy: A digital platform that intermediates between Jastipers and Buyers for personal shopping transactions.

Jastiper: A user who offers to purchase goods on behalf of Buyers through Fetchpy, and who lists those goods in a shop collection.

Buyer: A user who uses Fetchpy to entrust a product purchase to a Jastiper.

Collection: A set of products a Jastiper offers for a limited time. A collection has a closing time, after which it no longer accepts new orders.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may register as a Buyer, a Jastiper, or both, using the role offered at sign-up. Fetchpy may refuse or close an account that is incomplete, misleading, or used in breach of these terms.

Do not share one-time passwords, passwords, or verification codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be the Fetchpy team.

A Jastiper must list the product, its original price, and the service fee (jastip) clearly before a Buyer pays.

A Buyer places an order from an open collection and pays through Fetchpy. The order is an instruction for the Jastiper to purchase the goods on the Buyer's behalf.

A collection stops accepting new orders when it closes. Orders already placed remain subject to these terms.

Buyers pay only through the payment methods on Fetchpy. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Fetchpy does not store card numbers.

Funds for an order are held by the platform and released to the Jastiper only after the Buyer confirms that the goods were received as ordered, or when the order is otherwise completed under these terms.

Jastipers receive payouts to the bank account they register on Fetchpy. The Jastiper is responsible for keeping that account information correct.

A Buyer may cancel an order only before the Jastiper purchases the goods. After the goods have been purchased, the order cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.

If a paid order is cancelled, the amount is returned to the Buyer's Fetchpy Pay balance. The cancellation reason is recorded and can be seen by the Buyer and the Jastiper.

A Jastiper may decline an order that cannot be fulfilled, including when the item is no longer available. In that case the Buyer is refunded to Fetchpy Pay.

Delivery is arranged through Fetchpy's logistics partner, J&T, using the shipping address the Buyer provides.

The Buyer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Fetchpy and the Jastiper are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

The Buyer should confirm receipt only after checking the goods. Order status on Fetchpy is the record of where the shipment stands.

A Buyer may request a return when the goods received are damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered, and the request meets the return conditions shown on the order.

Return requests are reviewed using the order, the evidence the Buyer submits, and the applicable Jastiper and platform rules. Fetchpy may ask the Buyer to ship the goods back before a refund is completed.

A return is not a way to cancel for a change of mind after the Jastiper has purchased the goods, and it is not available where the issue was caused by the Buyer.

Users must not offer, request, or ship goods that break the law. This includes narcotics, weapons, smuggled goods, counterfeit goods, and any other illegal item.

Fetchpy may remove a listing and suspend the accounts involved if prohibited goods are offered or requested.

Fetchpy is an intermediary. It is not the seller of the goods and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of goods a Jastiper buys from a third-party store.

Payments, chats, and delivery arranged outside Fetchpy are not covered by these terms. Users bear the risk of fraud or loss from those arrangements.

To the extent allowed by law, Fetchpy is not liable for indirect loss, or for loss arising from a Jastiper's failure to purchase, a store being out of stock, or a delay by the shipping partner.

Fetchpy may limit, suspend, or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the platform, or creates a risk for other users.

If an account is closed, open orders are handled so that a Buyer is not left without a refund path for amounts still held by the platform.

Fetchpy may update these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page. Continuing to use Fetchpy after an update means you accept the updated terms.

If you do not agree to an update, stop using Fetchpy. You may delete your account from Settings.
